We are conducting paid studies throughout the year specifically targeting active MMORPG players. The studies are typically 2 hours in length (either Focus Groups or Playtests) but can be longer and for higher pay. To ensure legitimacy and reduce fraud, we collaborate closely with recognized gaming communities such as Wowhead to help source participants.
What is Good Gamer Group’s (GGG) relationship with Game Companies?
Owned by Interpret, LLC, the leading video game research firm, GGG is a global community of gamers who regularly participate in research studies helping make games better.
How often will I receive study invitations?
If you qualify for this panel, you’ll hear from us immediately. You may qualify for other gaming studies based on your profile. We conduct over 500 gaming studies a year.
How much do participants get paid?
For 2 hours, it is roughly $150 to $200 USD (or equivalent in your country), and more for longer studies. Incentives are paid out immediately after participating.
Do I need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. Confidentiality is mandatory for all participants.
Are there any eligibility requirements?
Yes, you must be 18+ years old. Residency restrictions may apply.
How are you affiliated with Wowhead?
We have paid for a sponsorship/advertisement through their site. To combat fraud, we have found it best to work through legitimate communities like Wowhead to find engaged players of specific games and genres.
Do I need to become a GGG Member?
Yes. Membership is free; we never sell your information or try to sell anything to you.
Am I obligated to participate?
Never, all studies are optional.
