Any dispute regarding the Contest or these Official Rules will be resolved via arbitration (and not in a court of law). See Section 8 below for details.
- ELIGIBILITY. Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time the Contest entry time ends (see directly below). All other persons are NOT eligible to enter or win the Contest. See also Section 7 below. Void where prohibited by law.

- HOW TO PLAY.

You can also enter by visiting https://goodgamergroup.com/goodgamerspredict/ and clicking Enter Now and if you are eligible, you will receive an entry link by email. Being a Good Gamer Group member is not a requirement for this contest, and signing up for the Good Gamer Group (or being an existing member) does not increase your odds of winning or otherwise enhance your ability to participate/win. Submit your entry form by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 1, 2024. Be careful in making your predictions, because once your entry form has been completed and submitted, your predictions cannot be changed. Receipt of your entry may be acknowledged by Sponsor. Any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor.

- (b) There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of this limit (including without limitation the use of automated/programmed means of entry) will result in disqualification from the Contest with all entries being void.
- (c) Proof of transmission of entry does not constitute proof of Sponsor’s receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
- (d) If accessing the website via mobile device, wireless Internet access and other charges are your sole responsibility. It is recommended that you (if a minor in your state of residence, your parent or legal guardian) review your wireless carrier’s pricing plan BEFORE entering via mobile website.
- (e) In the event of dispute, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account used to register for the Contest. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
4. PRIZE; DETERMINATION OF WINNER[S]; ODDS OF WINNING
- (a) The Prize in the Contest is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) [“Prize”].
- (b) On or about December 13, 2024, Sponsor will review all eligible entries to determine which entrant(s) – if any – correctly predicted the winning nominees in all ten (10) designated categories. (If the winning nominees are not officially revealed by the sponsor of the Competition as scheduled on December 11, 2024, Sponsor will instead review all eligible entries approximately two (2) business days after the sponsor of the Competition has officially revealed the winning nominees.)
- (c) If an eligible entrant correctly predicted the winning nominees in all ten (10) designated categories, they are the potential winner of the Prize.
- (d) If multiple eligible entrants correctly predict the winning nominees in all ten (10) designated categories, each is a potential winner of an equal share of the Prize. For example, if four (4) entrants are potential winners, each would receive $1,250 provided that they comply with the prize claim procedure in Section 5 below.
- (e) If no eligible entrants correctly predict the winning nominees in all ten (10) designated categories or if eligible entrant(s) who correctly predict the winning nominees in all ten (10) designated categories are disqualified for any reason, the Prize will NOT be awarded.
- (f) The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entrants and their ability to predict the winning nominees of the ten (10) designated categories of the Competition.
5. PRIZE NOTIFICATION
- (a) Potential winner(s), if any, will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address on file with Sponsor for the Contest. Potential winner(s) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within five (5) days of date of notification.
- (b) After verification, winner will receive the Prize via check or ACH payment. For ACH payment, winner will be required to provide Sponsor with their bank account information.
- (c) Failure to timely return the completed and signed Affidavit/Release for any reason or if potential winner(s) cannot be contacted for any reason (including potential winner[s] changing their e-mail address without updating Sponsor accordingly); or, if potential winner(s) is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible or not in full compliance with these Official Rules, will result in prize forfeiture without compensation of any kind.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
- (a) Prize must be accepted as awarded.
- (b) If You are deemed to have been under the age of eighteen (18) years old at the time the Contest entry window ended, then You will be ineligible to receive the Prize.
- (c) Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified expenses in conjunction with prize acceptance and use. Without limitation, this includes any financial institution charges should winner receive the Prize via ACH payment.
- (d) By accepting Prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use of winner’s name, image, photo, likeness, and other indicia of persona/identity for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation, notice or approval. Nothing herein in any way obligates Sponsor to use any of the above information regarding winner for advertising/trade/publicity purposes.
- (e) Should there be eight (8) or fewer verified winners, Sponsor shall advise the Internal Revenue Service via IRS 1099 Tax Form of each winner’s receipt of Prize and its value. Winner (if a minor in their state of residence, their parent or legal guardian) agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor as to its fulfillment of such reporting obligation by providing his/her Social Security Number via IRS W9 Tax Form and otherwise.
- (f) Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution is permitted.

- (c) Sponsor disclaims any and all liability for any errors in advertising or offering the Contest. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall NOT function as a waiver of such provision.
- (d) Force Majeure. If the Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned due to cancellation of the Competition altogether (or elimination of one or more of the designated categories of the Competition by the sponsor of the Competition) or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., computer virus, act of fraud, strike, civil commotion, natural disaster, act of terror or threat of same) Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest (in whole or in part) and, to the extent feasible, conduct the Contest and make the Prize in a manner which is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules.
